Information for parents

MCAS (My Child At School) is the one-stop app and website for parents to interact with school. Once your child is registered and has started at Orchards, you will be sent an email which guides you through setting up your MCAS account. MCAS has many functionalities such as:

• Taking payments for school dinners, clubs and trips
• Allow you to book trips, clubs and wrap-around care
• Change changes to data such as contact details
• Receive communications from the school via texts or emails
